Halifax Fashion Design School Students Featured in Premiere Issue of Line Magazine
The growing fashion industry in Atlantic Canada now has its own dedicated 32 page beautiful full color fashion magazine. Based in Halifax, Line Magazine launched its premiere issue earlier this month and showcases fashion designers, photographers, models, shops, and shop owners from around Atlantic Canada.
We are very excited for this new publication and we’re ecstatic to be a part of the launch! Our 2012 Fashion Design & Merchandising grads were featured in the magazine’s first issue for their breakout performances in their graduation fashion show, [PHASE]: Emerging Designer Showcase.
The magazine celebrated its first issue at a launch party at the Halifax Club on Friday, December 14. You can find the December issue at various retailers around downtown Halifax, including, but not limited to: Put Me On and the Sweet Pea Boutique on Queen Street, Crimson & Clover on Birmingham, Two if by Sea Cafe on Upper Water Street, and the Jay Well Salon and J&R Grimsmo on Barrington Street.
The magazine will be launching a new website in January and the next issue is due out in March. But in the meantime, you can plug in to the great content and fashion updates Line Magazine shares on their Facebook page and Twitter feed! Line Magazine on Facebook | Line Magazine on Twitter
