2011 Kelowna Student Film Festival

News

The 2011 Kelowna Student Film Festival was another great success. The day started on the beaches of Kelowna with a Digital Photography and Filmmaking shoot, with a live radio remote from Sun FM. Following the shoot, the VIP Party went on at Christopher’s Lounge, followed by limo rides to the Rotary Centre of the Arts.

Once there, the VIP’s walked the red carpet, posing for the paparazzi and being interviewed by our version of Joan Rivers, Ivan Sampson. Then the show was underway, with Chris Cleaver as MC and Dorothy Dalba once again acting as our “Golden Girl”, handing out trophies to all the winners.

The 2011 Festival was the best yet and it will be even better for next year as the Centre for Arts and Technology’s Student Film Festival hits double-digits with the 10th Annual Film Festival event. See you all then!
