  3. Emergent Learning Conference Takes on Halifax

The Halifax Emergent Learning 2013 conference is a two day event which explores education in the 21st Century. The event is a mixture of inspirational and educational everyday content which will express the need for students to not only be well educated but to be resourceful, have good mental health, be physically healthy, confident and creative. The ability to know yourself and your abilities is an essential characteristic in today’s world as it prepares you to become a successful lifelong learner.

The event will bring Deepak Chopra to the stage. As the keynote speaker, Deepak will illustrate how the world views physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social wellness. Deepak is author to over sixty five books with twenty New York Times best sellers in both fiction and nonfiction.

Deepak will be joined by Dave Carroll – songwriter, performer, author, speaker and consumer advocate. Dave brings forth his stories with a welcoming and warm disposition. His belief that you should tell your own story and care about everything you do is one that carries through to all his audiences.

The conference takes place on April 18th and 19th at the World Trade and Convention Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The crew from the Halifax Centre for Arts and Technology’s campus will be on site during this two day event to answer all your questions about our school, programs and everything else CAT related!

Make sure to stop by and say hi and enroll in the two day event everyone will be talking about!
