  3. EVENT PLANNING COLLEGE THROWS BACK TO SCHOOL BASH FUNDRAISER FOR CHIMO HELPLINE

The Centre for Art and Technology’s Event and Promotions Management students hosted a “Back to School Bash” Wednesday, September 4th, at Dolan’s Pub in Fredericton. The night entailed lots of live music with four bands, FOX 105.3’s Uncle Rob and the Capital FM 106.9’s Crash Barton emceeing, plus tons of door prizes and giveaways, including tickets to see Government Mule at the upcoming Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival.  All proceeds for the event went towards the CHIMO Helpline, which is a provincial crisis intervention phone line dedicated to helping all residents of New Brunswick.

We were fortunate enough to have the highlights of the evening captured by local CBC News as well as by our campus photographer, Eric Fox, was also able to take lots of pictures throughout the event!
