Kelowna Alumni starts Animal Abuse Defence Registry

A Kelowna Alumni has started a non-profit organization aimed at protecting animals from abuse. Camille Block has started the Animal Abuse Defence Registry aimed at keeping those with animal abuse convictions from owning animals.
