Why is the volume not working when I share my screen?

Double check to make sure your Mic is not muted and that all other members can hear you speak. Note, this feature is only for Windows devices (PC)

My headphones work but my mic does not

While in Teams you can click on the three dots while in a call, or click your profile picture and select settings. Check your device settings, and be sure to select the appropriate audio settings.
