What I learned at CATO has allowed me to be in a position to capitalize on the opportunities that have come my way. I’ve had several unexpected opportunities arise and I was thankfully knowledgable enough to be able to take them, which may not have been the case had I not attended school. My advice to anyone considering the audio industry is to give yourself the chance to be in the right place at the right time. If you have the opportunity to connect with someone already in the industry or be at a place where this kind of work happens always take it, even if it doesn’t align exactly with what you want to do in the future.
