Prior to my maternity leave, I was regularly editing a podcast. Additionally, I was contracted to a local special needs respite company to help migrate their new staff orientation to an online platform. Along with creating narrations for all the content, I would also create/film instructional videos using some of the skills I picked up from the film students I befriended in my time at CATO. CATO not only trained me in my chosen field, but also gave me the opportunity to meet and work with the other students, learning about the other fields taught at the school. My new found love of working with video and film has gone hand in hand with many of the projects I’ve worked on since graduating.
